Awesome product for company management
If you know how to use this program, it is really good compared to some others. I’ve used auto Desk Primavera Oracle. This is not primitive. It’s actually very efficient. They also have offshoot such as outbuild which is a schedule builder so it’s a good resource.

This is a very good app however it could use a notes page or what ever you may want to call it. In the section where there are tools there could be a notes page we could go to quickly that maybe we marked up a drawing just for ourselves that we want to be reminded or go back to for a quick reminder. Some how maybe have the drawing or page number. Also it would be nice to be able to copy and paste off these plans in procor. And maybe when you do update not just we updated this for you tell us exactly what was updated. This isn’t just a Procore thing it all the App Store should do this. Thanks
Great project tool for coordinating and management in so many different ways.
Procore is back to running seamless if you’ve been recently bothered by new bugs Tech support was thorough, prompt and professional in addressing bug issues In the reporting feature Exchanged messages and photos to work with the team and all issues I experienced are now cleared up Will also ad that the team was very patient and understanding with me when I was not being a pleasant customer reporting issues Shout out to Gabriel R. And the rest of the devs🙌🏼
Good initiative bad judgement type of app. Has great ability to itemize workday tasks but to change job sites or even just task cost codes you have to clock out then clock back in. Takes time away from performance. Other bad thing is it tracks you by GPS - 24/7. You can drive by a site at 2 in the morning and asks if you want to clock in there. Developers need to rethink this one.
Can a spilt page for multiple windows to be designed
Make attachments visible on mobile. Update: yes if I open equipment on the mobile app I do not see the attachments on that file. Please make those available. So for instance if a supt needs his insurance card for his truck he can find it there.
One of the best features in my opinion was the copy button. It allowed you cut time by copying Daily logs from previous closed out days. It been this way the past few years I’ve been using Procore. Now it’s basically pointless to have the option to copy button. I’m using my iPhone and iPad unless I’m missing something the good days are over.
Used to work awesome…whatever you have been doing with updates is very frustrating….very “buggy”….if it isn’t broken…don’t fix it!
The mobile app is really annoying to use. I can be filling out a report and all of a sudden the report greys out and the app tells me I’m offline. The only fix is to open and close the app around 5 times so I can finish my work.
Best management software you can find in the industry. The service is expensive but it is unmatched. Well done Procore, bravo
I absolutely love Pro Core.
After the recent update I’m having issues with app constant lagging or freezing screen I lose all my process I’m working on. Please fix this issue
Great
Having access to the budget is needed on the app for the financial aspect. Is there anyway to allow this in the app on our phones and tablets?
I’m a new user and it wont let me in this is so rigged
Quick capture does not work and why can’t we edit photos in the daily log instead of the photos
Nice when I get more familiar
Well, with the new update putting a Overview every time you open the app up is about worthless. Don’t need it how to get rid of it.
Sometimes I am unable to edit punches. When I forget to change the location of the punches for a certain unit, I then have to completely delete every single punch for that unit. It would make much more sense to be able to edit that instead of wasting an entire thirty minutes redoing every single punch. Please patch this issue.
The user interface in the Notes and manpower logs are not very user-friendly and take too long to update.
Can’t Select Multiple Files to Upload at one Time, Can’t Upload Folders, Can Upload Zip Files.
Love this program. I always know what I need to get done when it needs to be done. I don’t miss a thing with this. Organization✅
Great Software.
Procore is awful. So many issues within the app. Customer service is terrible. Do not recommend.
1. I have the iPad connected to a bigger screen, when opening Procore in the iPad or the screen the inicial page is displayed full size but then when I get out the page to go to a different page it cuts the screen in half or 3/4 and shows it on the left side. Like it has a setting that automatically resizes itself not using the entire screen. 2. It does not have a back arrow/button to return to previous steps. Like excel does, if you made a mistake you have to go to thru multiple steps to delete instead just pressing the back button one time. Good app but it still has a lot of room for improvement!
Would really like to see the use of the iPad ability more like a laptop in the field like making the three week look a head
Love the mobile app makes walking the job site a breeze.
Pro- Core this seems to be pretty easy to navigate through so far I like it
Constantly crashing, difficult to edit written and photos. They change the format often that make us more difficult, not easier, very glitchy, doesn’t sync well, and the help doesn’t actually help. You are only give a couple face to face help sessions, otherwise it’s via text or email. Would not recommend.
Would like to know how to take markings off of drawings after you mark them make the process easier and more streamlined, please
The app is very good for access to multiple files, but whoever is responsible for the screen spacing formatting should look at the iPad version. Drawings, submittals and anything in a list should be able to be read from the list screen. The formatting cuts off file titles, so you have to guess what drawing or file you need. Most recent update got rid of the drawings grid. Why would you make that area bigger by making it a list. Stop messing with things that are not broken
This is a well thought out program and very user friendly in the field!
NA
PlanGrid is better. Easier to do punch in plan grid, post drawings, and RFis. No copy and paste function for RFis is or links or drawing
Change for the sake of change is pointless. This is not a social app, it is a tool and should function as such
Easy to use and very helpful.
I’ve been using Procore for a long time several years now and I’m impressed how it has evolved and their efforts to try to make the program work for the field and others for infective communication, quality, control, documentation, etc. good job Procore! Project superintendent
Very easy and convenient to write information as soon as it happens.
Better than Fieldwire, I’ve used both. I love how interactive each employee can be and how easy it is for everyone to navigate the app. The webinar really helped when first making the switch. Where’s the Procore t shirts?!
Game changer!!
High Carumba
Love the program overall, but hate the comments section in daily logs. Trying to edit the comments in daily logs on iOS is a mess. Also feel like there’s so much wasted space in the web version and iOS versions. Make all the comments sections much larger please!
I like to use the app to take photos of all the equipment tags and attach them to the unit on the drawings. The punch list works great if everyone would actually use it . Search bar in the submittles to help you get what your looking for. Search drawings and have it highlighted . It’s just so much great stuff that if used to its potential would be amazing. I’m not sure how long on the camera you have had that flashlight symbol that makes it so I don’t have to turn the flash on everytime and I can use phone as the flashlight but I love you for it
Great app very helpful
ProCore is definitely one of the top three construction management programs in my opinion, and it’s definitely the easiest to use for iPad/iPhone. However… until there is an app created to run in MacOS, I would have to say that it’s my least favorite project management software to use.
