Great app but...

Its missing site instructions. Once they add that feature into the app, you can ditch your computer and run entirely on IOS.

Project Engineer

App makes it extremely easy to access necessary documents in the field.

Great tool for in the field

I use Procore all day in the field, looking at plans, entering daily reports, notes and inspections. Well balance easy to use program.

Project Superintendent

I use this app every day. Its great to have access to the project documents at any time. Also great when I dont have access to wifi. Life saver!

GC Procore Management

RFI turn-around time optimal with Procore, complete communication and transparency with all key players, Project Managers delight. The closer the mobile application becomes as the desktop software the better, app has easy to use directory, nifty inspection check list... and great tool for punchlist execution. Awesome!

Awesome App

I use this app everyday on the job site with my iPad. Having all the project specific information and personnel in one application makes finding information and communicating extremely efficient. The training videos are easily accessible and very helpful. Overall this is an easy app to use and I couldnt imagine working without it anymore.

Procore Review 1.0

I am new to procore. I am learning how great the app is. Procore tracks daily activities as well as submittals, change orders, RFIs, and construction documents. It is a great help. The technical support is right there when you need it.

Highly Recommend...

Ive worked with IT systems for over 30 years, and have been in the construction industry for 25. Ive helped implement 3 different construction project management information systems (i.e., not Procore) at companies Ive worked for in the past. Procore is far and away the most comprehensive, best-of-breed solution on the market. It is easy to use, and judging by ongoing activity, has an aggressive product improvement program. User support is amazing - quick to access, and broad on content. Best of all, its affordable for most mid-sized contractors, even smaller ones in that size range. If you are getting ready to hire another project manager, start Procore instead - it will cost you a small fraction of the burden of adding another employee. (full disclosure: Im a Procore Referral Agent. But I use the product every day in client accounts, and cant say enough about it!)

Easy to use!

Great app for everyday use on the job

A great platform for construction project management

ProCore is a great platform for construction project management and provides ease to access information and enhance coordination within stakeholders which may lead to achieve complete project within schedule and budget.

Game Changer

Finally a tool to get my guys out of the jobsite trailer and into the field where they belong. It seems like this company is the first software vendor servicing the construction industry that truly gets the needs of their customers. Great work Procore!

Operations Director

Fantastic App that ties in flawlessly to the web based project management. This is a great solution to keeping your projects updated from the field with reports that will be viewed by the project team. Also, we have found the directory to be extremely helpful in giving our guys the contacts they need for each project. My suggestion would be to add RFI and Calender functions next. Great job guys!

Wow, this works!

We use Procore for our solar jobs and this app makes it easy to take the Procore web program with us. Like the photos tool and contacts best. Also like the log notes you can dictate a note and it gets put in web program daily report sect. Nice app.

Perfect for on the job site

We use Procore on our jobs and its really good. So is their app - it is very cool how it makes voice into text. The notes go right into the job log on the web. I dont have to do anything it just happens. Also you can add contacts from the web tool to your phone instead of having to look them up on the computer. Needs to add RFIs.

Procore iPhone App

This app works and it is easy to use like Procore. I can see all the project photos right on my iPhone no matter who took them and put the pictures in Procore. Also can see all contacts for my projects. I dont use the time card but I wish we could.

Great App!

This app is even cooler than Procores web tool. You record a log note by talking and it can be saved as text in the log in the web tool. Now I do my job log driving home instead of typing it.

Procore has already saved me hours of work

I hadnt even heard of Procore until my company started using the web tool last year. That web tool is better for my projects than anything Ive used in 12 years, and now they have this app. Well Im surprised again. This thing really works. I like the directory and the punch list the best.

Portable Punchlist

The team at Procore has done it again. This app lets me take Procore with me whenever I want -- at the job site, in my truck, wherever. I like the punchlist tool a lot. You can add photos and it makes text out of voice notes. Mark Louis Caldwell Construction

No batch photo upload?

Could really use it, having to upload photos one at a time is tedious. Very basic functionality... Good start though. Others have mentioned ability to view meetings, but I have not seen that option. Only data moving upstream from phone to web is daily log notes, which is ok but need more interaction from phone to web. Otherwise, just a viewer app for info stored on web.

Not great for the A/E side

Does not allow for review of submittals for some reason. Surprised the RFI portion is so limited. Wish iPad supported landscape orientation.
